Widget Customization

Change colours, fonts, avatar, position, and more — all from the Dashboard without touching any code.

Go to Dashboard → Agents → [your agent] → Widget. Every change saves with Save Changes and goes live instantly.

Typography

SettingDescription
Font FamilyThe font used throughout the widget. Defaults to Inter / system fonts.
Font SizeBase font size in px for message text. Default is 14px.
Message Border RadiusRoundness of message bubbles. Default is 16px.

Sound

When enabled, a soft chime plays each time the bot sends a reply. You can control the volume (0–1 scale) from the widget settings.

Terms & Conditions

Optionally require visitors to accept your Terms & Conditions before they can start chatting. When enabled, a modal appears the first time the widget opens — the input field is locked until they accept.

Enable Require Terms and paste your terms text into the field. Keep it short and readable — visitors are less likely to accept a wall of legal text.

CTA Buttons

Add WhatsApp and Call buttons that float above the chat launcher bubble on your website — visible before the visitor even opens the chat.

WhatsAppOpens a WhatsApp chat with your number. Enter digits only — e.g. 919876543210 for India.
CallOpens the device dialler with your phone number pre-filled.
How they appear: CTA buttons show as floating banner cards above the launcher bubble — with the button label and a subtitle (e.g. "Typically replies instantly"). Each card has a × to dismiss it. They hide automatically when the chat window is opened.
