The Create Agent modal
Click New Agent from the Agents page to open the creation modal:

Create Agent
Agent tab — Personality & Behaviour
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Agent Name | Shown in the widget header to your visitors |
| System Prompt | Instructions for how the AI should behave |
| First Message | The opening message shown when the widget opens |
| Status | Active = widget responds. Inactive = widget shows offline. |
Prompt writing tip: Start with "You are [role] for [company]." List what the bot should and should not do. End with how it should handle unknown questions. The more specific, the better.
Settings tab
Advanced per-agent settings — rename the agent, change the AI model, or delete the agent permanently.
Deleting an agent is permanent. All its knowledge, conversations, and settings will be removed.
