Doupple uses a credit-based system. Every AI reply consumes AI Units from your monthly balance.
AI Units
AI Units are consumed every time your bot generates a reply. Longer responses consume slightly more units. Check your balance in Dashboard → top right bar or Dashboard → Plans.
When your AI Units run out, the widget will stop responding until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.
Usage tips
Keep your system prompt concise — shorter prompts = less tokens per call
Only add content to the Knowledge Base that's actually needed
Monitor usage in Dashboard → Analytics to spot spikes early
Upgrading your plan
Go to Dashboard → Plans → Upgrade. Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time.
Cancelling
Go to Dashboard → Plans and click "Cancel Subscription". Access continues until the end of the billing period.
