1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Doupple, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Doupple is a no-code AI chatbot builder that allows users to create, deploy, and manage AI chatbots on their websites. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Doupple for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Deploy chatbots that violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, misuse, or reverse-engineer the service.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Doupple may operate on a subscription-based pricing model for paid plans. Prices, if applicable, are displayed on our website.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Billing and renewal details will be shown on the pricing page for any paid plans.

Refund Policy

  • We may offer a 14-day “no questions asked” refund policy for eligible paid subscriptions.
  • Refunds are not issued after the refund window expires unless required by law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features (if any) continues until the end of the billing cycle.

6.5. Account Deletion and Closure

By requesting account deletion, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Account deletion is PERMANENT and IRREVERSIBLE. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored under any circumstances.
  • All unused AI credits, units, or subscription benefits are immediately FORFEITED upon account deletion. No refunds, transfers, or carryovers are available.
  • Your email address associated with the deleted account will be PERMANENTLY BLOCKED from creating new accounts on Doupple. You will not be able to use the same email address to sign up again, even if you create a new account using a different email.
  • All data associated with your account, including but not limited to: AI agents, knowledge bases, leads, analytics, files, and configurations, will be PERMANENTLY DELETED and cannot be recovered.
  • Active subscriptions will be immediately cancelled upon account deletion. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.
  • There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy, including for paid users, support requests, or administrative overrides.
  • You are solely responsible for backing up any data you wish to retain before requesting account deletion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Doupple owns all platform software, features, and branding.
  • You retain ownership of your chatbot content and data.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content and data only to provide and improve the service.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Doupple is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last three (3) months, if any.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • We are required to do so by law.
  • Service abuse, fraud, or security risks are detected.

User-initiated account deletion follows the same permanent deletion policy outlined in Section 6.5, including permanent email blocking and forfeiture of all credits and subscriptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service.
